Whilton Mill is a leading karting and outdoor activity venue located in the heart of England, at the centre of Motorsport Valley.
Our extensive facilities include two floodlit outdoor kart circuits (1200m and 450m), a contemporary 80-seater restaurant, fully equipped meeting rooms, clay shooting and target sports areas, an off-road course, and a large outdoor event space.
We offer a wide range of activities for children and adults alike, catering to individuals, groups, and businesses. Popular experiences include karting, corporate events, family fun days, clay shooting, and archery.

CATERING
Kitchen Assistant
- £12.75 – £14.00 per hour.
- Consistent 35+ hours per week (Weekends & Evenings essential)
- Supporting the Head Chef with food preparation and service during busy periods.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency in an 80-seat restaurant.
- Ensuring consistent service delivery during high-volume outdoor karting events.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen environment.
- Valid Level 1 and Level 2 Food Safety Awards.
- Strong team-first mentality and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Commitment to high professional standards and attention to detail.
