• Bambino Novice (Ages 6-8): 2 x 10-minute sessions
• Bambino Intermediate (Ages 6-8): 2 x 10-minute sessions
• Cadet Novice (Ages 9-11): 2 x 10-minute sessions
• Cadet Intermediate (Ages 9-11): 2 x 10-minute sessions
• Junior (Ages 12+): 1 x 20-minute session
Note: Intermediate sessions require the successful completion of a novice session first.
