Bambino Karts for Children

After interest in the class from the MSA, and with successful clubs running in other areas of the country, Whilton Mill next 'Delfino Club' is 

 Sunday 17th Jan, Sunday 31st Jan, Sunday 14th Feb, Sunday 28th Feb, Sunday 14th March, Sunday  28th March, Sunday 11th April and Sunday 25th April

Whilton Mill is offering the chance for any eligible driver to either try out a KKC Delfino kart or bring their own Bambino class kart for open testing on the Mill circuit.

A fleet of KKC Delfino 4 stroke karts now finds itself at home in the Whilton Mill stable, the first of its kind for 6-8 year old pilots. Powered by a 35cc Honda 4-stroke unit, and with minimal options for chassis adjustment, the kart guarantees excellent reliability for its' owner.

'With Bambino likely to become an MSA recognised class in the UK in 2010, I am delighted to introduce the Delfino club here for all Bambino drivers. We will dedicate time at weekends to run the club, and are excited about the possibility of giving young budding drivers their first step on the motorsport ladder. The opportunity to use the 4 stroke power unit with a specifically designed chassis allows us to run a reliable fleet of karts for budding pilots to try before going ahead and buying their own kart,' comments circuit manager, Daniel Parker.

The karts used to launch the club are imported by trackside superstore KKC Kart Shop. With packages from only £999 + VAT  for a kart ready to go, and deals on race wear, tools, and awnings for parents looking to help their future star into the sport, they really do offer excellent value for money versus reliability and low running costs. Early testing has shown that the KKC Delfino can lap the Mill circuit at Whilton in similar lap times to the current Bambino class karts, offering a good value and reliable and easy to use alternative.

We hope to see as much of the Bambino Karting community attend the event as possible, along with newcomers interested in finding out more about the Bambino class, or Karting in general. Please note that pre-booking is required if you plan to bring your own kart, and is strictly limited.

A bambino kart is classed as any bambino chassis with either a comer 50 cc or a Honda 35cc no other type of  karts are  permitted please call for more information if required
